The town of Boží Dar in the Ore Mountains is famous for its Christmas Ježíšek’s trail, which is full of fun and challenges for both young and older children. You can choose from two circuits that differ in length. The full circuit is 12.9 km long, so it is more for fit hikers, and the shorter circuit is 5.6 km long and is more suitable for smaller children. You can take the Ježíšek’s trail not only during the Christmas holidays, but also all year round. The path is accessible for strollers or bicycles, as well as cross-country skis in winter. The forest trails are groomed for cross-country skiers and walkers after snowfall. A total of 13 stops await you on the Jesus Trail. At each stop there are houses decorated with fairy tale characters, in which various tasks are prepared for children. They will be helped by Ježíšek and his helpers from Ježíšek’s World. The children will write down the solutions to the tasks in a notebook, which can be purchased at the information centre before the start of the journey. After handing in the completed notebook again at the information centre, the children will receive a stamp from Ježíšek and small gifts.
